The electric system recharged the 190kg battery array through application of the brakes. Charge status and battery performance is relayed via satellite to the pit garage. The electrics were clearly working tonight as HH drove to the barrier in complete silence. The Apollo will compete against Porsche 911 GT3, Dodge Viper, Lamborghini Gallardo, BMW Z4 and Chevrolet Corvette during the race.
